Fugger-Forum “Footprints of Jakob Fugger in Europe” – Almadén 2022

On the occasion of the third project week in Almadén (08.-15.10.22), the partner schools presented their historical and current connections to Jakob Fugger on

Monday, 10th of October at 7pm at the IES Pablo Ruiz Picasso, Almadén and also with a livestream

On this evening we were very happy to welcome Don Ángel Hernández, an expert about Jakob Fugger in Spain and Mrs. Katharina Dehner from the Fugger and Welser museum in Augsburg at the “Fugger-Forum” with the title “Footsteps of Jakob Fugger”. 

After that the footprints of Jakob Fugger  fromBanská Bystrica (Slovakia), Sterzing (Italy), Antwerp (Belgium) and Augsburg (Germany) were presented by the partnerschools.

This impressive evening ended at the school yard with a buffet created by the hosting parents. This was a great occasion for the dissemination of the project among the teachers of IES, the parents and also the interested people from outside the schools family.
